  • Step 1. Setup Template and Campaign

  • Select the Event Template to use when creating the SpeakUp Event. Each template will create associated Pre-Meetings.
  • Enter the name of a Campaign to create a new Campaign in Civicrm.
  • Select an existing Campaign you would like to use for this SpeakUp Event
  • Campaign Dates*

The Campaign start and end dates roughly define a window of time that activities related to campaign will take place. The start date equates to when marketing or other activities begin and the end date to when all reports have been delivered and campaign is over. These dates do not need to be exact but give the system a window in which to find things.

  • Step 2 - Configure Main SpeakUp! Night Event

  • How you will refer to this event internally e.g. Barrack 2017. This will become the name of the event in Civicrm.
  • The start and end dates entered here define the day of the actual SpeakUp event. Both dates are required and should match because workflow scheduled reminders are based on both of these dates.
